We can either do one of the following:

      • As near as the original design but helium filled
        OR
      • As a hat box and a separate personalised bubble balloon.

What does Hot Air Bloom Type mean?
Due to the recent UK ban on single use plastic we can no longer supply these as an air filled balloon stick design. We can either do as near as the original design but helium filled or as a hat box and a separate personalised bubble balloon. This is where you specify the type of Hot Air Bloom you require.
What is the meaning of "Gift Message"?
The "Gift Message" means the message put on the Gift Card.  An example of this would be "Happy Birthday John. From Jane xxx"
"What is the reason for asking for "Gift Recipient"?
The reason for the "Gift Recipient" option is to help with deliveries.  If the gift is going direct to a specific person, then knowing their name helps with delivering to that person.
What is the "Special Item Requirements" used for?
The "Special Item Requirements" option is used for requesting specifics for your item.  Some examples of this would be: Specific flowers to add, Specific flowers not to add etc. Please note we will not always be able to meet your requirements based on stock levels, flower availability etc
What is the meaning of "Collection / Delivery Date"?
This option lets us know the date you need to have your item collected from us or delivered to you or your gift recipient. To have your item collected or delivered on earlier date (for example a day or so before a party/occasion), please choose this date, rather than the date of the occasion.
What is the meaning of "Preferred Collection / Delivery Time"?
This is to let us know if you would prefer "Morning" or "Afternoon" collection or delivery time slot. Morning - 10am to 12pm Afternoon - 12pm to 2pm. Please note that this timeslot is a request and not guaranteed if we are exceptionally busy.   Deliveries outside of the above hours also cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us to discuss deliveries outside of these hours.
If I choose collection, where do I collect from?
Collection of item/items is from All Wrapped Up shop at the following location: 66 Hitchin Road, Arlesey, Bedfordshire, SG156SA.  Our Shop is to the right of the house at 66 Hitchin Road, at the end of the Driveway.
How much notice do I need to give for putting my order through?
When ordering please allow at least 24 hours notice.  If you need to put an order through last minute, please contact us to ask if we have stock and delivery/collection slots available.
