What is the difference between the Deluxe Hat Box Choices your provide?"c
The difference between Premium Standard, Deluxe and Ultra Deluxe, is based on the volume of flowers contained within the Hat Box.
What is meant by "Rose Colour"?
This is where you choose the Colour of Roses, placed in the Deluxe Hat Box.
What is meant by "Hat Box Colour"?
This is where you choose the Colour of the Hat Box
What is the meaning of "Gift Message"?
The "Gift Message" means the message put on the Gift Card which comes with the Hat Box.  An example of this would be "Happy Birthday John. From Jane xxx"
"What is the reason for asking for "Gift Recipient"?
The reason for the "Gift Recipient" option is to help with deliveries.  If the gift is going direct to a specific person, then knowing their name helps with delivering to that person.
What is the "Special Item Requirements" used for?
The "Special Item Requirements" option is used for requesting specifics for your item.  Some examples of this would be: Box Colour, Specific flowers to add, Specific flowers not to add etc. Please note we will not always be able to meet your requirements based on stock levels, flower availability etc
What is the meaning of "Collection / Delivery Date"?
This option lets us know the date you need to have your item collected from us or delivered to you or your gift recipient. To have your item collected or delivered on earlier date (for example a day or so before a party/occasion), please choose this date, rather than the date of the occasion.
What is the meaning of "Preferred Collection / Delivery Time"?
This is to let us know if you would prefer "Morning" or "Afternoon" collection or delivery time slot. Morning - 10am to 12pm Afternoon - 12pm to 2pm Deliveries outside of the above hours cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us to discuss deliveries outside of these hours.
If I choose collection, where do I collect from?
Collection of item/items is from All Wrapped Up shop at the following location: 66 Hitchin Road, Arlesey, Bedfordshire, SG156SA.  Our Shop is to the right of the house at 66 Hitchin Road, at the end of the Driveway.
